Joe was able to come out within a couple hours to install a new tub spout. I didn't meet him in person since my tenant was home, but he was very nice on the phone. Price seemed very reasonable.

By the time I found Joe’s business, the water heater had been deemed dead’s by the manufacturer, it was Sunday afternoon, a blizzard was to start around 8:00pm. Joe and his partner took out the old heater, drove with me to HD picked up the new one, installed it and I had hot water before the first snow flakes hit the ground. The price was very reasonable too, regardless of the circumstances. Two thumbs up and five stars.
